e public park in Brussels, Belgium. It was built in 1880 to celebrate the fifty years anniversary for Belgian independence. Today the complex includes a war museum, an art museum, a car museum, a park and a mosque. The main bulding is shaped like a horseshoe, with a gate in the middle. The gate has a quadriga, like the Brandenburg Gate, a statue pulled by horses. Does the stone walls of Cinquantenaire outlast the modern city of Brussels?

100 Years after People: Except for the windows, the Park de Cinquantenaire is untuched. Plants from the park has spread without proper removal and the grass fields are owergrown. Like it's german counterpart, the quandriga puts much load on the gate, and small cracks begin to appear.

500 Years after People: The weight of the quadriga has become too much for the gate. Its to legs cracks, and the statue and the top falls down in a cloud of dust. The rest of the building still stands, but plantlife is beginning to enter cracks and push it apart.

1000 Years after People: Deep in the forest that once was Brussels lays stone bricks and debrise slightly hidden between the trees. Some colums and walls stille rise, but this is all that is left of the Jubelpark.
